Il y a plus de 10 ans, j'éditais ce recueil, à l'époque fourni avec les partitions au format .pdf.

Aujourd'hui j'effectue une belle mise à jour avec toutes partitions revues et corrigées au format .mscz (Musescore)

Donc, si vous n'arrivez pas à jouer un des titres dans sa tonalité d'origine, vous pourrez en quelques clics le changer de tonalité pour l'adapter dans une version plus aisée pour vous ;-)

More than 10 years ago I published this collection, at that time provided with the scores in .pdf format.

Today I am updating it with all revised scores in .mscz (Musescore) format.

So, if you can't play one of the titles in its original key, you will be able to change it in a few clicks to adapt it in a more comfortable version for you ;-)

Most of the professionnal musicians work hard on scales and arpeggios,
but for other harmonica players do they have to spend this huge amount
of time training all over again? Is it really necessary for the one
who just wants to have fun, instead of spending hours to practice
(even if pros have to pass thru this) which is most of time painfull
and helpless?

Of course the knowledge of the music theory is a plus, I can't say how
much it's important for everyone. Nevertheless I received loads of witnesses of so called amamteurs that simply don't want at all to work
on the music theory, however they 're deeply passionate about
chromatic harmonica. What can I say to them? Just come back when
you'll be good enough? Of course not!

The main issue that you can met on a chromatic harmonica is how to
manage the use of the slider? This booklet is a first playful step of
the play in each of the 12 major and minor keys. Each key has an
amount of semi tone notes (flat and sharp) which that implies a lot of
work of push/pull on the slider.

I've composed 24 pieces of music that'll help you peacefully to get
going with the gym of sliding in and out, and to help you nicely with
the melodies that I want as fun as joyful in every 12 major and minor
keys.

I wish that it'll give you the feel to go even more further in
learning this instrument full of surprises that is the chromatic
harmonica.

Pourquoi un tel recueil ?

La plupart des musiciens professionnels travaillent assidûment leurs gammes et arpèges mais le simple « amateur » d'harmonica est-il nécessairement obligé de passer des heures d'entraînement sur son instrument ? Est-il primordial pour la personne qui désire juste s'amuser et se faire plaisir, d'exécuter ces exercices indispensables pour un professionnel mais bien souvent rébarbatifs et démotivants pour un amateur ?

Bien sûr la pratique du solfège est un atout indéniable, et je ne peux qu'encourager chacun dans ce sens, cependant, je reçois de très nombreux témoignages de personnes hermétiques au solfège et pourtant motivées et très attirées par l'harmonica. Que dois-je leur dire ? Revenez quand vous connaîtrez vos gammes ? Non, bien sûr !

La difficulté première à l'harmonica chromatique étant la gestion du piston, ce recueil se veut être une première approche ludique du jeu dans les 12 tonalités majeures et mineures. Chaque tonalité comprend un certain nombre d'altérations, (dièses ou bémols), ce qui se traduit par un certain nombre « d'appuyer ou lâcher » sur le piston de son harmonica.

J'ai donc composé 24 morceaux qui vous aideront tout en douceur, à vous familiariser avec cette « gymnastique » et à aborder, tranquillement, tout en reproduisant des mélodies que j'ai souhaité agréables et amusantes, la pratique de ces 12 tonalités majeures et mineures.

J'espère qu'elles vous donneront envie d'aller plus loin encore dans l'apprentissage de cet instrument si surprenant qu'est l'harmonica chromatique.
